Where championship mindset is built

You train ten hours a week. The other 158 decide whether they count. We coach all 168, with a multi-time state champion's judgment on top of an engine that never stops watching.

Three riders on the Gran Fondo National Series podium in San Antonio, Florida, arms raised with their trophies, the winner in the yellow leader's jersey on the top step.

The method

Four things are held to the standard

A training plan is one of them. The other three are where most seasons are lost, and they are the ones a spreadsheet and a fortnightly check-in email never touch.

01

The work

Every session has a reason and a target you can hit. The plan is rebuilt around the week you actually had, not the one we hoped for.

02

The recovery

Sleep and load are read together every morning. A hard session on a bad night is not toughness, it is a week you will pay back later.

03

The schedule

Where the work sits in a real week, around a job, a commute and a family. A plan you cannot execute is not a plan.

04

The mindset

Race plans, positioning, and what you do when it hurts. This is the part no model can coach, and the reason there is a person on the other end.

Your week

The engine watches. The coach decides.

Your data streams from your head unit. The engine analyses and interprets the raw numbers alongside your own comments on how the session felt. Then a multi-time state champion takes all of it and steers you with insights you can act on this week.

Coach note

Thursday was the best sustained effort you have produced. Sleep fell off Friday and Saturday suffered for it. Same block next week, one hour earlier to bed.

Admission

Three steps, and a limited roster

Coaching the whole week takes real hours, so the list stays small. If it is full, the assessment still tells you what to fix.

Step one

The assessment

Sixty minutes of questions and honest self reflection. Are we the right fit for each other. Expectation goes both ways: for 168 to deliver on our promise, you have to deliver on yours.

Step two

Week zero

We set the standard for your 168: the training window, the sleep floor, the non negotiables, the season goal. All of it tailored to your schedule, your available time and your rider type.

Step three

The season

A report every Monday, a plan that moves when your week does, and a coach who answers. Three month minimum commitment, no exceptions, because that is how long real change takes.
